A few weeks ago on a Monday morning, Christine Newell taught a workshop in making flower fairies for the season table. I did not attend that workshop. I had requested to those who had attended to bring their dolls to me for photographing. It was a good excuse for me to experiment with my new Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens. Here, I would like to share with you their beautiful creations.

“The sunlight fast is dwindling
My little lamp needs kindling.
Its beam shines far in darkest night,
Dear Lantern, guard me with your light.”
What secrets would these two be sharing over the glow of lanterns?
